Academic Structure of the Course

12 consecutive days of teaching that consists of lectures, the practice of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation focused on women
-
Classes with Yogi Bhajan (video lectures given at women´s camp)

Study of the Joti Sarovar manual
-
Group and individual dynamics that allow a process of introspection and integration of the lessons
-
Final exam taken at the end of the course
-
Certification will be given after the approval of a practice with a group of women and obtaining a passing grade on the final examination
Objectives
-
To share yogic teachings for women in a well-organized manner, through specialized course materials for Level I Kundalini Yoga teachers and women who are seeking a profound personal transformation
-
To provide a learning environment which integrates knowledge on the topics of the history of women; their different facets and life cycles; feminine and masculine nature; motherhood and parenting; exploitation and abuse; health and wellness; and the social role of woman in leadership
-
To train Kundalini Yoga teachers, Kundalini Yoga students in the process of level 1 training and all women who work in a field related to women on Humanology and yogic tools which can be used to benefit their work with women’s groups
-
To conduct in-depth training to support teachers (and the future teachers who are currently in training) to create social programs where they can apply what they have learned in this course.

To strengthen the character and integrity of teachers in order to promote their personal healing to help them better serve as teachers of other women

To build unity among women with the goal of creating a strong team and developing group consciousness
